Amazon and Anthropic (the creator of AI chatbot Claude) today announced a long-term strategic collaboration.

• Anthropic will use AWS Trainium and Inferentia chips for building, training, and deploying its future foundation models.

• AWS will become Anthropic's primary cloud provider for mission-critical workloads.
